1. How to book an appointment?

After enrolling on the Zuri website, you can choose a doctor/specialist from our health expert's tab and an available time slot for your online consultation. You can also choose to have a physical examination consultation with your chosen doctor by selecting the "In-Person" tab option. Your care coordinator will contact you and assist you in scheduling your “In-Person (Physical examination)” with our Health specialists.

2. What / who is a Care Coordinator (CC)?

CC is a dedicated care coordinator who is assigned to every registered member at Zuri. We understand that healthcare is complicated and complex, we believe in supporting and giving additional support services to all of our members so they feel secure, directed, and not clueless, and can enjoy the convenience of healthcare with us. You can contact your Care Coordinator if you have any questions, need support, or have concerns about your health, appointments, queries and bookings.

3. How to book a blood test?

All registered members can contact their dedicated care coordinator for help with blood testing, and they will schedule your blood collection at a time and location that is convenient for you.

4. How long does it take for doctor’s prescription/reports to be generated post online consultation?

Our health experts' online consultation prescription/ report can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the time of day and the health practitioner's schedule. Prescriptions/reports may be generated before the estimated time in some situations, depending on the schedule of our Health Experts.

5. Where can i view my prescriptions/ reports?

Prescriptions/reports will be available to view in the "VIEW PRESCRIPTION" tab on the Members login Home page. You may also view your reports on the Past Appointments section by selecting the doctor's appointment whose prescription you want to view and clicking the "Download Report" tab.

6. Are there any hidden charges for using our Dedicated Care Coordinators support?

Our members are not charged any hidden fees or service/membership fees for using our Care Coordinators. They offer free support, guidance, and assistance to all of our members, as well as the greatest treatment services and care that all women deserve.

7. What are Zuri credits?

Zuri credits will be deposited into your account for the full paid value if appointments are cancelled 2 hours before to your planned appointment. Additionally, Zuri credits can be used to book future appointments at your leisure. There are no time restrictions for use of your Zuri credits. Zuri credits can be refunded to your source account within 7 working days upon request.

8. Unhappy with your Care coordinator / How do I change my care Coordinator?

If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your Care Coordinator's services and approach, you can request a change of CC by writing to us at info@zurihealthcare.com.

9. How do I Reschedule or change my booked appointment with a Doctor for a future date or time?

There are no direct rescheduling alternatives for booked appointments; members must cancel their appointments and receive Zuri credits, which can be used to rebook consultations at their convenience. When cancelling appointments, please read our cancellation policy carefully.

10. What if my Doctor does not show up for my online consultation?

If your appointment is scheduled and your Health Expert fails to show up for your consultation, a full refund will be issued to your source account, and our care coordinators will be available to assist you with any questions you may have.

11. When selecting “In-Person Consultation” with Zuri Health experts, do I have to pay the doctor post consultation at the clinic or do I have to pay online through Zuri?

When members chooses “In-Person" consultation, Our CC will contact our Health Expert and confirm the date, time and availability for the “In-Person” consultation. A payment link will be sent to our members by our CC, only on successful payment, will the In-Person appointment be booked and confirmed. Zuri does not offer any physical payment options. Appointments will not be booked and confirmed if payments are unsuccessful or members fail to pay. Direct payment to the Health Experts office or clinic will not be accepted or recorded as Zuri appointments.
